Wendy Fabiola 'N', known as 'La Tía', was arrested in Michoacán, Mexico, for her alleged role in providing sensitive information to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) that aided in the planning of former Uruapan mayor Carlos Manzo's assassination.
