A judge has ruled that a gun and certain writings found with Luigi Mangione are admissible evidence in his New York murder trial. However, other items seized will not be allowed.

Other items found with Mangione at a Pennsylvania McDonald's will not be allowed to be presented in court, the judge ruled.
