Felicien Kabuga, Rwandan Genocide Suspect, Dies in Custody at 91

Felicien Kabuga, a Rwandan national accused of financing and encouraging the 1994 genocide, has died in a hospital in The Hague at the age of 91. He was declared unfit to stand trial in 2023.
