Mexico City 'Hoy No Circula' restrictions for May 16th announced

The 'Hoy No Circula' traffic restriction program will operate as usual in Mexico City and surrounding State of Mexico municipalities on Saturday, May 16th. Vehicles with odd-numbered plates and hologram 1, along with all hologram 2 vehicles, will be prohibited from driving.
