A prisoner exchange has taken place as Kyiv grieves for 24 people killed in a Russian strike on apartment buildings, including a 12-year-old girl whose father died earlier in the conflict.

Among the victims in Kyiv was 12-year-old Lyubava Yakovleva, whose father was killed during the war.
