Yemen Government and Houthis Agree to Largest Prisoner of War Swap
The Yemeni government and Houthi rebels have agreed to exchange over 1,600 prisoners of war, facilitated by the ICRC under a UN-backed agreement. This marks the largest such swap between the warring factions.
