Gerardo Orduño, 27, from Sinaloa, is pursuing a long-held dream to solo-row 450 kilometers across the Gulf of California from La Paz to Topolobampo. He has been training diligently and is inspired by Mexican explorer Abraham Levy's maritime adventures. This challenging journey is expected to take three to five days, depending on sea conditions.
