Fentanyl Ingredients Entering Canada Via Vancouver for Cartel Labs, US DEA Says
Chemicals for fentanyl production are being imported through the Port of Vancouver en route to Mexican cartel-run drug laboratories in Canada, according to the head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
