A U.S. appeals court has temporarily suspended a lower court's order that had declared Donald Trump's global 10% tariff unlawful, pending further review.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on May 12 issued a brief order that included an administrative stay on the CIT’s order, setting a schedule for both sides to file briefs on the matter
