The BCS Congress has officially urged Oomsapas Los Cabos to adhere to its water rationing schedules and guarantee residents receive water at least every 15 days. This follows numerous complaints from communities, particularly in Cabo San Lucas, regarding inconsistent service, reminding the utility of water as a fundamental human right. An extension to La Paz was also proposed.
