A car bomb attack at a checkpoint in Pakistan has resulted in the deaths of 12 people. The explosion reduced the checkpoint structure to rubble.

Images from the scene showed that the checkpoint structure had been reduced to rubble. Bricks, charred wreckage, and mangled automibiles were scattered int he area.
