Ramón Rubio Apodaca has been dismissed as director of OOMSAPAS Los Cabos, following widespread protests and a severe potable water crisis impacting the municipality. Entire neighborhoods are experiencing water shortages, receiving water only every two months, which has led to road blockades, including on the highway to Todos Santos.
