Tijuana Water Outage: 81 Neighborhoods Affected by Essential Pipeline Repair

Eighty-one neighborhoods in Tijuana will experience a 13-hour water service suspension starting May 6th due to urgent repairs on the Presa–Morelos pipeline. The State Public Services Commission of Tijuana (CESPT) expects gradual service restoration on Thursday.
