'El Chapo' Seeks Extradition to Mexico from US
Joaquín Guzmán Loera, 'El Chapo,' has formally requested his extradition to Mexico from a U.S. federal court in New York. In a handwritten letter, the former Sinaloa Cartel leader stated he is fighting for his return to Mexico and asked for his legal rights to be respected during the process.
