A Hong Kong beautician has been found guilty of blackmailing her former lover for HK$2.6 million by posting their photos online after their affair ended. The woman was convicted of doxxing offences related to videos uploaded to YouTube.
A Hong Kong court has convicted a beautician of exposing her former boyfriend’s identity by uploading the couple’s photos online as part of a blackmail plot, threatening the married man she was having an affair with to pay her HK$2.6 million (US$331,830) after the relationship ended.
