Man convicted of horrific abuse against minors in Mulegé

A man identified as Narciso 'N' has been found guilty of aggravated rape and sexual abuse against two minors in Mulegé. The heinous acts occurred in 2017 in Guerrero Negro. The court will determine his sentence at a later hearing.
