A cargo ship has reported an attack by multiple small craft near the Strait of Hormuz, marking at least two dozen incidents since the Iran war began. This attack occurred as Iran simultaneously proposed a new peace initiative. The British military's UK Maritime Trade Operations center confirmed the report.
