Iran's Foreign Minister, Abbas Araqchi, has put forward a new proposal for peace dialogue with the United States. He held telephone discussions with counterparts from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Iraq, and Azerbaijan regarding recent initiatives to end conflict.
