The "Hoy No Circula" program, restricting vehicle circulation to reduce pollution, will operate normally on May 1st in Mexico City and the State of Mexico. Vehicles with blue stickers and plate endings 9 or 0, holding holograms 1 or 2, are prohibited from circulating. Additionally, discounts on vehicle ownership taxes have been extended, and Metro Line 2 will have construction with RTP service.
