Canadians Detained by Israeli Forces After Gaza Aid Flotilla Intercepted
Two Canadians, a Quebec City student and an Ontario nurse, were detained by Israeli forces after their aid boats were intercepted overnight. They were part of a mission attempting to break the almost 20-year naval blockade of Gaza.
