Mexico's Supreme Court of Justice (SCJN) has ruled in favor of actor Diego Luna, finding Diageo México liable for unauthorized use of his image in a Johnnie Walker advertisement. Luna is to receive at least 40% of the sales revenue from the campaign during its broadcast period. The unanimous decision concludes a 14-year legal battle.
