Mexico's Foreign Ministry reviews US requests to detain Sinaloa governor
Following U.S. accusations linking Sinaloa governor Rubén Rocha Moya and nine others to the Sinaloa Cartel, Mexico's Ministry of Foreign Relations (SRE) received a request for provisional detention and extradition. The SRE stated that the initial documents lacked evidence, and the National Attorney General's Office (FGR) will now evaluate the requests under Mexican law.
