The US Department of Justice has formally accused a group of high-ranking Sinaloa government officials and ex-funcionarios of collaborating with the Sinaloa Cartel to distribute narcotics into the United States. The charges include a sitting senator from the Morena party, Enrique Inzunza Cazarez, and others facing extradition requests.
