Lebanon's President Aoun stated that Israel must fully implement the current ceasefire before any negotiations can move forward. He emphasized that Israeli attacks cannot continue while a truce is needed.

Israel "must first fully implement the ceasefire in order to move on to negotiations... Israeli attacks cannot continue as they are," Mr. Aoun said in a statement shared by the Presidency.
