Court Rules IMSS Must Provide Prosthetics for Disabled Minors
The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) ruled that the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) is legally obligated to provide prosthetic and vision services for minors, particularly those with disabilities.
La SCJN determinó que el IMSS tiene la obligación de prestar servicios de prótesis y anteojos a niños, niñas y adolescentes que lo requieran, especialmente a quienes tienen alguna discapacidad.
