Grupo México Merges Power Assets with Saavi Energía in Major Deal
Grupo México announced plans to combine its power generation assets with Saavi Energía, a company backed by BlackRock and Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP). The merger will create a new entity named Saavi Energía, expanding Grupo México's portfolio and strengthening its position in Mexico's infrastructure sector.
