Grupo Mexico's infrastructure division has agreed to merge its generation assets with Saavi Energía, a portfolio company of BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners. This strategic deal aims to create one of the most significant private energy platforms in the country, integrating 14 power plants and future projects.
