Today's CDMX and Edomex 'No Circulation Day' Rules for April 28

The 'Hoy No Circula' program, which restricts vehicle movement, will return to normal for CDMX and Edomex on Tuesday, April 28. The restrictions apply to vehicles with yellow or red stickers and plates ending in 7 or 8.
