Human Rights Watch Reports Displacement in Ethiopia's Tigray
Hundreds of thousands have been displaced in Ethiopia's Tigray region. Reports indicate that people have faced arbitrary detention and were treated as second-class citizens.
People from the Western Tigray region in Ethiopia told Human Rights Watch that they had been arbitrarily detained and treated as second class citizens, FRANCE 24's Tom Canetti said, adding that there are more than 800,000 internally displaced people in Tigray.
