Supreme Court rules for Michigan on aging energy pipeline
The U.S. Supreme Court delivered a unanimous decision favoring Michigan regarding the Enbridge energy company's pipeline issue. Justice Sotomayor noted that Enbridge waited too long in the process to try moving the case to federal court.
