Eleven municipal police officers from Michoacán are fugitives after reportedly participating in highway blockades and vehicle burnings supporting the CJNG following the death of Nemesio Oseguera. Though initially detained and later released by a judge, the state's prosecution has worked to have the determination revoked, and the officers are now being sought by investigators.
