Humanoid robots have set a new record by beating human athletes in a half-marathon competition held in Beijing. The robotic winner surpassed the previous men's record held by Uganda's Jacob Kiplimo.

For the first time, humanoid robots have outclassed humans in a half-marathon held in Beijing. The winner beat the men's record for the distance set by Uganda’s Jacob Kiplimo in March.
