Justice Dept. Asks Court to Vacate Seditious Conspiracy Convictions
The U.S. Justice Department requested that a federal appeals court overturn the seditious conspiracy convictions of leaders from the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers. These leaders were previously sentenced for their roles in attacking the U.S. Capitol five years ago.
