Emergency services found a newborn baby, complete with placenta and umbilical cord, abandoned in a trash container at a technical institute in Ecatepec. Despite immediate medical efforts, the infant tragically passed away hours later. Authorities have launched an investigation using security footage to identify the responsible party.
