Lebanese and Israeli representatives are set to meet in Washington Tuesday for US-mediated talks on ending the war in Lebanon. However, Lebanese militant group Hezbollah has said will not abide by any agreements that may result from the negotiations and called for them to be cancelled and the prospects of a deal appear slim.
