World Bank Chief Warns of Massive Jobs Shortfall in Developing Economies
Developing economies are projected to create only 400 million jobs over the next decade and a half. This significant shortfall leaves an estimated deficit of 800 million jobs for the millions entering the workforce.
At current trajectories, developing economies will generate only about 400 million jobs, leaving a deficit of 800 million jobs, for the 1.2 billion people who will reach working age in the next 10 to 15 years, World Bank chief Ajay Banga said
