Hong Kong police have arrested a 35-year-old domestic helper on suspicion of child abuse after she allegedly pulled a baby girl’s hair in a village house on Lantau Island. Officers said they received a report at noon on Sunday from the infant’s mother, who suspected the helper of mistreating the child at home in a house off Shek Mun Kap Road in Tung Chung.
