Goodness me, it seems our dusty local politicians are once again arguing over blueprints! A local deputy has proposed reforming the state's Urban Development Law to better regulate housing subdivisions and ensure improved living conditions throughout Baja. Hopefully, this means some decent planning for our little slice of paradise, lest we end up with more questionable concrete than beautiful beaches.
