Heard it through the grapevine, amigos! Most of the local representatives at the State Congress backed up our very own Mayor, Milena Quiroga. They praised her leadership and her ability to manage the city, showing that the spirit of Todos Santos (and all of BCS!) still runs deep. Looks like our local leaders have their pick!
