Congressman Sergio Guluarte Ceseña presented a bill to make the Copa Legisladores fishing tournament an annual, official event across various BCS municipalities. This year's second edition is scheduled for Los Cabos on August 9th and 10th, continuing the event's success after its inaugural year in La Paz.
