French prosecutor drops drug investigation into far-left MEP
The Paris Public Prosecutor's office has halted its investigation into European Parliament member Rima Hassan following her arrest for illegal drug possession. Police had found Hassan with cannabidiol (CBD) and a designer drug substance.
The Paris Public Prosecutor's office said on Thursday it has stopped investigating French far-left member of the European Parliament, Rima Hassan, over illegal drug possession. Police last week found Hassan in possession of cannabidiol, or CBD, and a substance that seemed to be a designer drug 3-MMC.
