A new proposal has been submitted to the court for the joint sale of the steel and mining assets of Altos Hornos de México (AHMSA) and Minera del Norte (MINOSA). This streamlined plan aims to sell both companies as a single productive unit, while giving preferred bidder status to major creditors.
