Man accused of planting bomb using Pepsi bottles at US Air Force Base

Federal prosecutors alleged that Alen Zheng, 20, planted an explosive device at a US Air Force Base in Florida. The bomb was constructed using two 2-liter cherry Pepsi bottles and did not detonate.
