Argentina offers reward for fugitive Chilean ex-guerrilla
Argentina has offered a reward of 20 million pesos for information concerning the capture of Galvarino Apablaza. Apablaza is a former leader wanted by Chilean courts regarding the 1991 assassination of Senator Jaime GuzmΓ‘n.
