Police have arrested a domestic helper on suspicion of child neglect following the death of a six-month-old baby in northern Hong Kong. The force said it received a report from the baby girlβs family at 11.39am on Friday saying that she had been found unconscious on a bed at home in the Fairview Park development in Yuen Long.
