Man Arrested for Offering Dogs and Cats for Adoption for Money in Mexico City
A man in his 40s was arrested in Mexico City for offering dogs and cats for adoption in exchange for money. The arrest was made after a citizen reported a man offering animals for adoption at a popular intersection, and authorities rescued four cats and two dogs. The man was informed of his rights and taken to court to determine his legal status.
