Eurovision Song Contest to Hold First Asian Edition in Bangkok
The Eurovision Song Contest is set to expand to Asia, with 10 countries participating in the first-ever Asian edition in Bangkok, Thailand. The contest is expected to feature more countries before the finale in November. France 24's Monte Francis reports on the development.
The Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026 has confirmed artists from at least 10 countries across Asia competing: Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.
