A 23-year-old driver was rescued by firefighters after crashing into a pole at a red light and was hospitalized in La Paz early Tuesday morning. The driver was freed from his vehicle using hydraulic equipment and received pre-hospital care from paramedics before being taken to a hospital for further treatment.
