Russian Oil Tanker Docks in Cuba Amid US Sanctions
A Russian oil tanker carrying 730,000 barrels of crude oil has arrived in Cuba, the first time since the US imposed sanctions on it, amid worsening energy shortages on the island.
The tanker carrying some 730,000 barrels of crude oil is sanctioned by the US, the EU and the UK amid the war in Ukraine. It comes as Cuba struggles with severe shortages after Trump's total oil blockade since January.
