A Spanish court has ruled that kissing a woman's hand without her consent can be considered sexual assault, citing a clear sexual component to the man's behavior.

The Supreme Court found that a man had done more than harass a woman by kissing her hand as there had been "a clear sexual component" to his behaviour.
